Another update is the digital-analog instrument cluster that was present in the previous model. The cluster also has a service due indicator that did not use to come on the 4G model. The scooter now has front and rear retractable hooks as against a single hook in the Activa 4G.

The new Honda Activa 5G has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 52,460 for the STD variant and if you wish to go for the top end DLX, you will have to spare Rs 54,325 (both prices, ex-showroom, Delhi). That said, the new Activa 5G is Rs 1,000 expensive than the Activa 4G model but it offers a lot for that price difference. With the said updates, there is no denying the fact that the new Honda Activa 5G is now a more value for money product and it is a decent improvement over the previous model.
